摘要
针对已有的厨房空调通风系统设计中存在的问题而导致换气次数高、能量消耗过大等现象,提出了几点新的设计思路:根据厨房内污染物产生源的分布和厨房自身的运作特点,划分空调控制区和非控制区;以空气幕送风方式将室外新风直接送到炉灶周围,高效率地满足炉灶燃气燃烧需氧量要求,并利用风幕的空气动力控制污染物溢出,减少残留率;采用主、副送排风系统,以满足厨房在不同工作时段下空调系统节能的需要。
Aiming at the existing problems in conventional design method for ventilation and air- conditioning system in kitchen, this paper presents some new designs: according to the pollutant source distribution and the operating characteristic, the kitchen is divided into air- conditioning control section and no air- conditioning control section, outside fresh air is sent directly to those spots around cooking range with air screen in order to meet oxygen requirements for gas combustion efficiently, air dynamic features of air screen can be used to control pollutant spillage and reduce the pollutant remainder ratio, and the main and subsidiary ventilation system was adopt in different working period to meet energy - saving of air- conditioning system.
