摘要
针对大港油田油藏评价和产能建设重点区块———官984断块,开展了低渗、薄互层整体压裂改造技术的研究和应用工作。根据该断块油层薄、泥质夹层等特点,在压裂工艺上重点研究应用了支撑剂粒径组合、控制裂缝纵向延伸、压裂油层保护、压裂液快速破胶和裂缝强制闭合五大压裂配套技术。经现场实施,在压裂投产的8口油井中,平均单井产量达到了13.3t/d,整体压裂改造效果明显。
In 2005,we developed some related studies and applications on the reconstruction technology of low permeability and thin interbed reservoirs for the Fault-block Guan984,which is a key block in the reservoir evaluation and productivity construction of Dagang oilfield.According to the characteristics of the thin reservoir and the muddy intercalation in the fault block,we mainly study the combination technology of the sand particle diameter of the proppant in order to augment the length and breadth of fracture and extend oil drainage areas,study the technology of controlling the vertical extension of the fracture to avoid fracturing the lower plutonic rocks,study the protection technology of the fractured oil reservoir to prevent clay expanding,study the gel breaking technology to increase the discharging rate of fracture liquid and to reduce the damage of reservoir and fracture propping zone.The averaging production of eight fractured producing wells reaches 13.3 tons per day through the field using of the technology,which shows that the integral fracture has got obvious effect.
