5-azaC对HSG细胞增殖抑制的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究5-azaC对HSG细胞的作用,为5-azaC治疗涎腺肿瘤提供理论和实验基础。方法:通过体外生长曲线测定和体内移植实验检测5-azaC对HSG细胞的增殖抑制作用。结果:体外实验表明5-azaC可以抑制HSG细胞的增殖,5×10-6mol/L和10×10-6mol/L5-azaC对HSG细胞的增殖抑制率分别为85%和92%。与对照组相比,用5-azaC处理HSG细胞后再移植到裸鼠皮下,其致瘤性降低。结论:体内、体外实验表明5-azaC能抑制HSG细胞的增殖。 objective:To study the growth inhibition effect of 5azaC on human salivary, gland cell line HSG. Methods: HSG cells were exposed to 5-azaC at 5 ×10^-6 mol/L and 10 × 10^-6 mol/L respectively for 3 days. The proliferation of in vitro cultured HSG cells was studied by cell euunting. The in vivo growth of HSG cells was investigated by tumor weight measurement in nude mouse models of HSG tumor induced by transplantation of the cells subcutaneously. Resuits:5 azaC inhibited HSG cell proliferation by 85% and 95% respectively at above mentioned doses. In the 3-week tumor growth study, the growth of the tumor induced by 5 × 10^-6 moL/L 5 azaC treated cell was inhibited by 74.8%. Conclusion:5azaC can inhibit the growth of HSG cells in vitro and in vivo.
