摘要
目的探讨Fluoro Trigger技术在肝脏磁共振血管成像中的应用价值。方法52例行肝脏磁共振血管成像患者及20例对照组患者,利用自动透视触发技术进行肝脏血管成像,对比剂到达降主动脉起始段时启动3D扫描,扫描时相包括肝动脉期、门静脉期及腔静脉期,分离各组图像并与蒙片剪影,再进行最大信号强度投影(MIP)法及多平面重建(MPR)图像重组,并评价各期图像质量。结果采用此方法,肝动脉期及门静脉期图像质量满意;对比剂到达降主动脉起始段时间与对比剂流速、总量之间呈线性相关;对比剂总量和流速与肝血管信号强度呈正相关。结论Fluoro Trigger技术可准确把握对比剂到达靶血管时间,结合最佳的对比剂总量和注射速度,能够明显提高肝脏磁共振血管成像质量。
Objective To investigate the applied value of Fluoro Trigger technique in 3D CE-MRA of hepatic vessels. Methods Fluoro Trigger was performed in 72 cases. When contrast material arrived in the descending aorta, 3D scan started. Artery phase, portal vein phase, vena cava phase were acquired. The images were subtracted and reconstructed by MIP or MPR. The quality of image was evaluated. Results With this technique, high quality images were obtained. Contrast volumes and flow rate correlated with the time when bolus reached the target vessel. Contrast volume and flow rate had linearity correlation with the signal of hepatic vessel. Conclusion Fluoro Trigger technique can control the exact time when contrast material reached target vessel. When combined with best contrast volume and flow rate, it can improve the image quality obviously.
