摘要
１９８０年和１９９５年蚌埠地区两次开展糖尿病调查。结果表明，年龄、体重、职业、糖尿病阳性家族史等易患因素基本相同。１９９５年糖尿病急性并发症减少，慢性并发症中多脏器损害有所增加。新老糖尿病患者比例１９８０年为３．５：１．１９９５年为１：１、９。糖尿病患病率１９８０年为０．８６％，至１９９５年为２．６３％，增高２．１倍（Ｐ＜０．０１），糖耐量减低增高８．４倍（Ｐ＜０．０１）。预测今后１５年内蚌埠市糖尿病患病率为３％。
Two surveys on NIDDM were carried out in Bengbu in l980 and l995.The risk factors,such as age,weight,profession,and family history,were approximately the same.In the second investigation,acute complications decreased andchronic multiorgan damage increased.The ratio of new to old cases was 3.5:1 in 1980 and 1:1.9 in 1995.The prevalencerate.of diabetes was 0.86%in l980 and 2.63%in l995,the difference was significant(P<0.01).We may forecast thatthe prevalence rate of diabetes will increase up to 3 % over a period of l5 years in the future.
