摘要
用三尖杉酯碱或三尖杉酯碱加阿糖胞苷治疗２０例慢性粒细胞性白血病患者，观察周围白细胞降至正常及症状改善所需时间，并与马利兰治疗组比较，结果：本组缓解率为８５％，白细胞降至正常及脾脏缩小至不能触及所需时间明显短于马利兰治疗组，Ｐ＜０．０１．
Horringtomine or harringtomine plus cytoncine arabinoside was used in the treat-ment of 20 patients with chronic granulocytic leukemia.As the results showed,the remissionrate was 85%,the peripheral blcod white cells decreased to a normal level,and the symptom al-leviation time was markedly shorter than that of the group treated with myrelan.
