摘要
殡葬改革是一种政府行为,从目前的情况来看,全国虽然还没有一刀切地进行,但从部分走在前列的省市情况来看,城乡差别完全取消的现象已经普遍存在。如何保证不同地区、不同文化背景条件下的民众,在殡葬改革过程中不会完全被剥夺葬法的选择权和在经济上因政策而受到损失,这是殡葬改革者必须思考和应对的问题。
Funeral reform is a governmental action. Currently, it has not yet been absolutely implemented throughout China. However, in view of some advanced provinces and cities, it is a common phenomenon that differences between urban and rural areas have been eliminated. How to ensure that people in different areas and of different backgrounds will not be deprived of funeral--selection rights in the process of funeral reform and will not suffer economically because of the new policy has become the problem confronted by funeral reformers.
