摘要
对３４例胃癌患者３种组织中１６种元素的测定结果表明：①癌组织中Ｓｅ、Ａｓ、Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｋ、Ａｌ、Ｐ、Ｔｉ、Ｎａ、Ｂａ的含量分别高于癌旁和正常组织；Ｍｏ、Ｍｎ、Ｓｒ的含量则分别低于癌旁和正常组织。②Ｓｅ、Ａｓ、Ｃｕ、Ｋ、Ｐ５种元素的含量癌与癌旁、癌与正常组织分别存在显著差异Ｐ＜０．０５。③Ｚｎ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ３种元素的含量癌与癌旁组织间差异显著Ｐ＜０．０５；而Ｍｎ元素的含量癌与正常组织间差异显著Ｐ＜０．０５。④Ｓｅ、Ａｓ、Ｎａ元素的含量癌旁高于正常组织，其它１３种元素的含量癌旁分别低于正常组织；癌旁与正常组织间Ａｓ、Ｍｏ、Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ、Ｃａ差异显著Ｐ＜０．０５。⑤癌组织的Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值分别高于癌旁、正常组织，差异显著Ｐ＜０．０１。
The results of measuring the contents of 16 trace elements in 3 tissues from 34 stomach cancer patients were showed as follows:1.The contents of Se,As,Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,K,Al,P,Ti,Na,Ba in malignant tissues were higher than in paranalignant and normal tissues,While Mo,Mn,Sr showed a lower contents in malignant than in paramalignant and normal.2.The contents of Se,As,Cu,K,P showed a significant difference between malinant and paramalignant,malignant and normal tissues,P<0.05.3.There was a significant difference of the content in Zn,Ca,Mg between malignant and paramalignant tissues,P<0.05;While the difference of Mn level is pronounced between malignant and normal tissues,P<0.05.4.The level of Se,As,Na in paramalignant tissues was higher than in normal tissues.The other 13 kinds of elements level was lower in paramalignant than in normal ones.The llevel of Cu,As,Mo,Zn,Mn and showed a significant difference (P<0.05)between paramalignant and normal tissues.5.The ratio of Cu/Zn in malignant tissues was significantly higher than in paramalignant and normal tissues respectively P<0.01.
