摘要
钩藤碱６０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１合用双肼苯哒嗪３ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１十二指肠给药，１ｈ时降低清醒大鼠血压２３％，降低高血压模型大鼠血压２８％，降压幅度超过一药单用及等剂量钩藤总碱与双肼苯哒嗪合用的幅度，合并用药可克服单用后药的加快心率作用。双肼苯哒嗪０．８ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１ｉｖ加快心率，增加分钟心肌张力—时间指数，合用钩藤碱１５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１增强了前药的降压效果，而心率、分钟心肌张力—时间指数未见明显变化。
The hypotensive effects of dihydralazine (Dihy), rhynchophylline (Rhy), total alkaloids of uncaria mecrophylla(Taum) alone, combined and Rhy or Taum by doudenum administration were studied in conscious normotensive, renal hypertensive rats and rabbits. Rhy 60 mg·kg -1 combination with Dihy 3 mg·kg -1 decreased MAP by 23% in normotensive rats, 28% in hypertensive rats. It was showed possess a more potent hypotensive effect than Dihy combined with Taum. Both drugs combined administration could prevent acceleration of HR of Dihy alone. Dihy (0 8 mg·kg -1 iv) increased HR and myocardial tension time index of each minute (TTI·HR) in conscious rabbits, but simultaneously administrated Rhy with Dihy TTI·HR was not increased.
