摘要
对振膜成形件的成形工艺进行了分析,针对该零件成形的具体要求,决定采用拉深、冲孔、切边聚氨酯橡胶复合模进行复合成形,并采用了聚氨酯橡胶凸凹模和双弹顶机构。介绍了该复合模的结构、特点及工作过程。经生产验证该模具结构合理、生产效率高,有很好的技术经济效益。
Forming process of vibrating membrane was analyzed. In terms of specific requirement of product forming, polyurethane rubber compound die with drawing, punching and trimming function was designed. Also polyurethane rubber punch-die and double spring ejection mechanism were adopted. Structure, characteristics and working process of compound die was introduced. Manufacturing verification proves that reasonable die structure, high production efficiency with good economic benefits.
