双吻合器技术在低位直肠癌术中的应用体会

摘要 目的探讨双吻合器技术在低位直肠癌手术中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析以1998年4月—2004年12月应用双吻合器技术对低位直肠癌患者行保肛手术的经验。结果全组手术无死亡,术后发生吻合口瘘1例(3%),吻合口狭窄1例(3%),切口感染2例(6%)。结论双吻合器技术操作方便,安全可靠,明显提高了低位直肠癌的保肛手术率。
