摘要
饭店业对职业经理人的需求已变得愈来愈迫切。从供给的角度来讲,目前我国职业经理人的现状并不乐观。由于种种原因,我国饭店业中绝大多数管理层的职业化程度不高,因此培养一支专业的经理人队伍迫在眉睫。
The hotel industry' s demand for the professional manager has become increasingly urgent. At present, the situation of professional manager in our country is not optimistic. Owing to different reasons, the extent of professionalizon is not very high in Chinese hotel industry. Therefore it is urgent to develop a specialized manager group.
