摘要
目的：建立一种薄层扫描法测定人麻痛痹丸中士的宁的含量。方法：采用甲苯-丙酮-乙醇-浓氨试液（16：12：2：7）10℃以下放置30min以上的上层溶液作为展开剂，测定波长A=259nm，薄层扫描。结果：士的宁在0．5～4、0μg范围内线性良好，相关系数r=0．9986，平均回收率为98．48％．RSD=0．93％。结论：本法快捷、简便、准确，可用于该制剂质量的控制。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of strychnine in Renmatongbi pill by TLC-scanning. Method：The mobile phase is selected with toluene-acetone-ethanol-concentrated ammonia solution（ 16： 12： 2： 7 ） below 10℃ ,lay up 30 minites, and the scanning wavelength was 259 nm. Result：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.5 -4.0 lag, r =0.9986,the average recovery rate was 98.48% ,RSD =0.93%. Conclusion：The method is quick ,simple and accurate. It is suitable for the content determination of strychnine in Renmatongbi pill.
