摘要
随着城乡经济快速增长,城市化水平显著提高,城市化与公路交通的耦合问题更加突出。本文以苏南快速城市化地区——张家港市为例,突破传统区域路网规划思路的限制,结合城市路网规划的思想、方法和评价指标体系,提出了新的区域路网规划思路,着重探讨了规划的预测、路网布局、断面、节点处理问题,在路网性能和运行质量等方面取得了积极的效果。
With the rapid economic development in urban and rural areas in China, the level of urbanization has been greatly boosted, but at the same time, the problem of harmonizing the relationship between urbanization and highway traffic has become significant. The paper takes Zhang jiagang, a rapid urbanizing city in South 3iangsu, as a typical example and emphasizes on analyzing the characteristics of development for highway network in rapid urbanization areas, accordingly puts forward a new measure for planning regional highway with the combination of the urban roadway planning ideas, ways and assessing indexes. The improved planning method has received an ideal result in performance.
