摘要
近年来国外一些青光眼专家提出将前房角关闭或具有发病危险因素的患者划分为解剖的窄前房角、原发性前房角关闭(PAC)和原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)的新分类系统,与我国长期采用的传统PACG分类差别相当大。对于这一分类系统,我们不应当排斥,也不应当不加分析地全盘接受,而是应当认真分析,吸取精华,从而提出我们对PACG分类和诊断标准的看法。(中华眼科杂志,2006,42961-963)
Recent years, some foreign glaucoma specialists raised a new classification system, in which the patients with angle closure and the related risk factors are divided into anatomic narrow angle, primary angle closure and primary angle closure glaucoma （PACG）. There is big gap between this new classification system and the traditional classification, system of PACG used in China for a long time. Facing this new classification system,we should not simply refuse it,or totally accept it We should carefully analyze it and absorb the essence,then raise our view about the classification and the diagnosis criteria of PACG.
