摘要
机械故障信号双特征分析法是提高诊断准确率的有效方法,双特征分析法的关键是应用共振解调技术提取微冲击信号。为了提取微脉冲冲击,文中提出共振解调技术数学模型,并求解该模型的脉冲响应,为该技术的应用提供理论依据。工程实例表明,使用共振解调技术可以有效提取轴承故障微小脉冲冲击,通过在共振解调傅里叶谱图上分析冲击功率故障振动信号特征,可以较容易地进行故障诊断。
Double eharacteristie analytic method of meehanical failure signals is an effective way to increase the degree of diagnosis accttrancy, the key of the application of double characteristic analytic method is to pick up the micro shock pulses with the technology of resonant demodulation. To pick up the micro sheck pulses, a mathematical model on the technology of resonant demodulation is put forward and the pulse response of tiffs model is derivod, they provide the theoretical foundation for the application of the technology. Engineering cases indicated: to apply the techniques of resonant demodulation can pick up micro shock pulses of bearing fault, and through analyzing the impact power fault vibration signal characteristies in the Fourier chart of the resonant demodulation, the fault diagnosis will be easier.
