摘要
针对目前纺纱用胶圈原材料采用机械高温接枝共混工艺存在的产品质量波动较大,胶圈可靠性相对较差的现状,详细介绍了采用丁腈橡胶/聚氯乙烯(NBR/PVC)共沉胶为主体材料,优化加工工艺后的A-031新型纺纱胶圈配方设计,可用于纺纯绵、化纤或混纺,而且具有缩短制造工时、稳定产品质量、适纺性强、耐磨性强等特点,为纺纱厂胶圈配置提供了优选空间,也为NBR/PVC共沉胶在国产纺纱胶圈的应用创出了一条新路。
As to the common problems such as unstable quality of product and poor reliablity of cot caused by the grafting blending process under hi-temperature with raw material of rubber, details introduction is made to the co-sediment rubber （NBR/PVC）. The optimized direction preparation for new spinning apron A-031 is applicable for spinning pure cotton, synthetic fiber and the blended. The new apron is of short making time, stable quality of product, wide application of spinning, and high anti-abrasion, adding to the configuration of apron for enterprises. Additionally, a new way is found for the domestic apron with co-sediment rubber （NBR/PVC）.
