摘要
研究了聚氯乙烯/聚苯乙烯(PVC/PS)混合体系的拉伸和冲击性能。结果表明,PVC/PS体系的拉伸屈服应力,断裂伸长率以及拉伸能量吸收随PS含量的增加而呈下降趋势,而体系的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度却随PS含量的增加出现一极大值,此处的冲击强度为未改性PVC体系的2.5倍,呈现出较好的增韧效果。对试样断面的扫描电镜观察表明,没有出现所谓的“冷拉变形”,我们提出可用“空穴增韧”的机理来解释。
The tensile and impact properties of PVC/PS blends have been studied in this paper. The results have shown that with the increase of PS content, the tensile yield stress , elongation at break and tensile energy of PVC/PS blends decrease whereas the notched impact strength teaches its maximum which is twice and half that of unmodified PVC and showing better toughening effect. The observation of the sample fracture with SEM has verified that there is no so-called 'cold drawing deformation' on the fractrue. A 'cavity toughening mechanism' has been presented to explain this experimental phenomenon. poly ( vinyl chloride ); polystyrene; blend; toughening mechanism
