摘要
本文报导了作者所在的铸造厂使用的数种规格的井式电阻熔铝炉的生产情况和测试分析结果,以及对其中79台45千瓦以上的炉子采取了改进管理、炉衬结构、电热体材质、坩埚材质等措施,不仅提高了产量,还取得了年节电67万多度,材料、维修等节约13万多元的经济效益。
The paper covers the operation conditions and testing results of a number of models of pit-type aluminum-melting resistance furnaces, which are at author's foundry service, and the taken measures for improving management, lining construction, materials of heating elements and crucibles etc. on 79 sets of those over 45kW capacity, gaining advantages not only in products quality but in power saving 670 000kWh or more and in saving 130 000RMB on materials and maintenance costs per year.
