Experimental Research of the FBG Stress Sensor

摘要 介绍了一种新颖的光纤布喇格光栅压力传感器,这种传感器将光纤光栅粘贴在圆柱形细杆的侧面,同时通过光纤光栅解调仪监测光栅布喇格波长的漂移。实验表明,该光纤光栅压力传感器具有良好的灵敏性、线性和重复性,且有较快的响应速度。将实验测量数据与理论值进行了比较,两者差别很小。 The sensing principle and the characteristics of Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) is revieved, and a new FBG stress sensor is designed. The fiber grating is glued on the side of cylinder, and the forces are distributed on the top surface equally. At the same time, the drifting of the FBG center wave length is Monitored. It is proved by the experiment that the responsibility,linearity and repeatability of the FBG stress sensor are good. At last,it show that the pressure - sensitivity of the experimental value agrees well with the theoretical value.
