摘要
项目是在复杂的自然环境和社会环境中进行的，面临着多种因素的影响，风险无时不在，无处不在。项目风险评价是指在项目风险识别和风险估计的基础上，综合考虑项目各风险之间的相互影响、相互作用以及对项目的总体影响，然后与风险评价基准进行比较，确定是否要对项目采取控制措施。
According to the actuality evaluation character of large engineering project risk, based on the theory of ANP, we use a new tool to determine the weighs of different indexes.Finally, applying the method proposed to evaluating the large engineering project shows that the method is practical and scientific.
