摘要
小湾水电站边坡开挖高陡,地质条件复杂,大部分边坡需用预应力锚索锚固来维持稳定。为保证锚固质量,优化锚固段长度,对设计轴力为1 800kN的普通拉力型、拉力分散型、自由式拉压复合型的预应力锚索锚固段应力分布进行现场试验研究,得到锚索锚固段应力分布规律,给出了适合小湾地质条件各类型锚索相对合理的锚固段长度,并根据试验结果分析了这3种类型锚索各自的特点。
The Xiaowan Hydropower Station is located in a narrow valley with high and steep excavated slopes on both banks, and the geological conditions are complicated. Most of the side slopes need prestressed anchor rope to maintain stability. To ensure the construction quality of anchor rope and optimize the length of bond body, experiments on stress distribution in bond body of prestressed anchor rope are conducted on three structural types, including ordinary tensile anchor rope, tension dispersion type anchor rope and freely tensioning-compressing type anchor rope, which design axis force is 1 800kN. Stress distribution in bond body of different structural types were obtained from the experiment, and relatively reasonable length of bond body which suit geological conditions at Xiaowan Hydropower Station was given in the paper. According to experimental results, the respective characterizes of these three kind of types anchor cable were analyzed.
