摘要
首先,从经济效益角度,通过信息资源共享的效益曲线分析网络环境下区域性信息资源共建共享的障碍因素;其次,用系统论的方法分析共享系统内部的相互关系及其与外部环境间的关联,并导出共享系统相互作用分析图;再次,分别用静态博弈论和动态博弈论的原理,从更微观的层面分析共享主体的策略选择和共享障碍;最后提出相关建议。
In view of economic benefit, system theory and game theory, this paper analyzes the barriers to the construction and sharing of information resources under the network environment. First of all, it concludes the economic barrier by using the effectiveness curve of information sharing. Secondly, it analyzes the interaction among the sub-systems in the sharing system and its relation with external environment by the systematic theory, And then, by respectively using the static and dynamic game theory, it analyzes the strategy selection of the sharing subject and sharing barriers at micro level. Eventually, some correlative suggestions have been put forward.
