摘要
为了提高煤粘结指数测定的准确度,本文考察了制样时间、制样粒度、焦化温度、焦化时间、灰分、样品制备后保留时间等因素影响。探讨了不同试验条件下同一煤样粘结指数测定结果的差异。试验结果表明,以上各因素在不同条件下对测定结果的准确性影响较大。
In order to improve the determination accuracy of coal caking index, the influences of the factors such as sample preparation time, sample preparation grain sizes, coking temperature, coking time, ash content, keeping time after sample preparation and so on are investigated in the paper. The determined result differences of the caking index of the same coal sample under different test conditions are discussed. The test result shows that the above factors under different conditions have greater influence on the accuracy of determined result.
