跨国公司内部贸易研究的进展．
摘要
一、跨国公司内部贸易的现状
国际贸易除了国家与国家之间的贸易以外，还有组织之间的贸易、产业内部的贸易和企业内部的贸易三种形式。组织之间的贸易是指经济一体化组织如自由贸易区之间的贸易，产业内部的贸易是指两个国家之间相互进出口同一个产业产品的贸易，企业内部的贸易是指分别处于不同国家的同一个企业之间的贸易。从国际贸易的角度看，企业内部的贸易主要是跨国公司内部的贸易。跨国公司内部贸易越来越引起经济学者的关注。
