摘要
采用文献综述法和问卷调查法,分别对悉尼和雅典奥运会志愿者服务的相关报道资料进行分析,对参与2004中国网球公开赛,2004大众汽车国际乒联职业巡回赛总决赛志愿者服务的108名志愿者进行问卷调查。结果表明:所有参与服务的志愿者都认为服务之前的培训是必要的,志愿者希望得到礼仪、英语、相关的赛事知识、具体服务内容与要求等方面的培训。考虑从奥运会志愿者培训的政策保证和经费保证;奥运志愿者培训的延续性;志愿服务管理专家培养;志愿者服务意识、文化教育、服务技能和应对意外事件能力等方面解决志愿者的培训问题。
By means of literature review and questionnaires, the authors of this paper have made a detailed analysis on the service of the volunteers for Sydney and Athens Olympic Games based on the news reports. 108 volunteers for the tennis competition of 2004 China Open and 2004 Volkswagen Pro Tour Grand Finals are also investigated through questionnaires. The results show that every volunteer has a positive view on training before events and generally speaking, they expect to obtain knowledge on protocol, English, events and the contents of services through training. The following issues of guarantee of policies,funds for volunteer training, continuity of training, trainer cultivation, consciousness of service by volunteers, cultural education, service skills and ability to deal with emergencies are areas this paper tends to tackle.
