摘要
异质网络间切换是下一代移动通信网络中移动性管理的一个关键问题。本文讨论了IEEE的MIH方案，对MIH功能实体所涉及到的介质独立的事件服务、命令服务、信息服务等问题进行了分析研究，并在此基础上设计了介质独立性切换协议。
The handover between heterogeneous media is the key problem of mobility management for the next generation mobile network. This paper discusses the scheme of IEEE MIH （Media Independent Handover） and does research on the related Event Service, Command Service, Information Service, etc. On the basis of the above discussion, this paper designs the Media Independent Handover Protocol.
