摘要
本实验着重研究氯化镨对大鼠颈部迷走神经放电的影响，侧脑室注射氯化镨（ＰｒＣｌ３）后，颈部迷走神经传出部分故电频率明显增加，且作用潜伏期、放电频 作用技术时间与浓度有关，浓度高则作用潜伏期短，放电频率高、作用持续时间长。此结果提示 脑室注射氯化镨可兴奋脑内与迷走神经传出冲动有关的核心团。
After PrCl_3 injection into the lateral ventricles of brain,discharge of the central end of the cervical vagus nerve increased remarkably.The higher the concentration of PrCl_3,the longer the duration of the nerve discharge.
