摘要
用四种经优化了的有机粘合剂，配煤量在１０％～４０％的范围内，在实验室进行了造球试验，并测定了在不同条件下球团的强度，结果表明，球团的冷、热强度能满足如隧道窑。
By using four kinds of optimized organic binder, the laboratory pelletizing tests of iron concentrate mixing with different rate of coal (from 10% to 40%) were conducted. The strength of pellets were measured on different conditions. The results of experiments show that the cold and hot strength of pellets can meet the requirement of the process, such as tunnel kiln, rotary hearth furnace etc.
