摘要
给出了边角测量网中边角误差的理论关系和新的定权方法，比较合理地解决了边角误差在平差中的分配问题，完善并补充了现代条件下的最小二乘法原理。
This part gives the theoretical relation of distance surveying error and angle surveying error and offers a new way to define weight.It solves the problem of assigning errors to lengths and angles in adjustment fairly equitably.The attempts to consummate and replenish the least squares principle of contemporary age.
