摘要
运用组织学方法和透射电镜技术，对注射催产激素（ＨＣＧ，ＬＲＨ－Ａ２，ＰＧ）前后四头鲂卵巢细胞构造进行了研究．分析得出滤泡层内层颗粒细胞注射激素后超微结构变化明显，是主要产生类固醇激素的滤泡细胞．
With the method of cytology and the use of electron microscope, the ultrastructure of the ovary of Megalobrama Amblycephala before and after the injection of exogenous hormones (HCG, LRH-A2, PG ), shows that the ultrastructure of granular cells changes obviously. The granular cells are the major secretory cells in the ovarin layers.
