摘要
制备了聚酯型聚氨酯／聚丙烯酸踉互穿网络弹性体，将其溶解于溶剂中形成聚氨酯／聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂．考察了丙烯酸酯用量、异氰酸根与羟基摩尔比、催化剂和稳定剂用量、接枝及溶剂等对粘合剂粘合性能的影响，同时考察了粘合剂的储存性能．
In this paper,the polyurethane /poly (methyl methacrylate ) in terpenetrating polymer networks (PU /PMMA IPN ) was prepared from polyester, MDI and methyl methacrylate. It was then resolved in the proper resolvent to obtain the title adhesive. The effects of the MMA content, the ratio of-NCO to-OH, the concentration of catalyst and stabilizer, the graft between PU and PMMA,and the resolvent on the peel strength of the adhesives wers investigated.The storage property of the adhesive was also studied.
