摘要
在对乙炔法合成氯乙烯固定床反应器进行计算机模拟的基础上,分析了目前工业反应器的操作状况,指出了影响反应器操作优化的主要原因.通过改进反应器结构及调整工艺流程不仅能改善反应器的操作性能,而且还能提高反应器的生产能力.
On the basis of simulating industrial fixed bed reactor for vinyl choride synthesized from acetylene process, the operation condition of the reactor is analysed and the main reason affecting the optimization of the operation of the reactor is found out. By improving the structure of the reactor, not only the operation condition can be improved but the productive capacity can be increased as well.
