摘要
介绍了污染预防的概念以及在化工过程和产品的研究开发和设计中考虑污染预防的基本方法，并给出了一些简单实例予以说明。
In this paper,the concept of pollution prevention and its basic approaches in research and design of chemical proesses and chemical products are introduced,some cases are given as examples to illustrate pollution prevention in detail.
