摘要
文章在界定公众话语权概念的基础上,结合互联网技术的特点,论述了互联网对公众话语权的影响;并运用哈贝马斯的公共领域理论对互联网在提升公众话语权中的作用进行了分析。
Based on defining the public right of discourse, this paper discusses the influence of Internet on the public right of discourse, combining the technological of Internet. With Habermas＇ s public sphere theory, Internet＇ s function of improving the public right of discourse is analyzed.
