摘要
硫氰酸钠、二甲基甲酰胺、乙腈和丙烯腈是化工生产中排放的有毒有害污染物,会造成水生生物的急性死亡和慢性中毒,破坏水生态系统的生物多样性和功能。为保护水生态系统,需研究这些污染物对水生物的毒性效应,制定其在水环境中的允许浓度和排放标准。本文研究了这四种污染物大型蚤的急性和慢性毒性效应,结果表明硫氰酸钠、二甲基甲酰胺、乙腈和丙烯腈对大型蚤的急性毒性值(48h-EC_(50))分别为4.22mg/L、3561mg/L、4346mg/L和10.25mg/L,对繁殖指标的慢性毒性值分别为0.707mg/L,226mg/L,282.8mg/L和0.707mg/L,对存活指标的慢性毒性值分别是1.41mg/L,7.7mg/L,≥2.83mg/L,≥905mg/L。
Acrylonitrile,acetonitrile,NaSCN and dimethyl formadia discharged from chemical industrial plants are the hazardous and toxic organic pollutants,which will cause acute and chronic toxicity to aquatic organisms and destroy the bio-variability and functions of aquatic ecosystems. In order to protect aquatic ecosystems,the toxic effect of these pollutants ought to be studied to develop the allowance concentrations in water and discharging standards.The toxicity of the four pollutants on D. magna are studied in this paper. The results indicated that the acute toxicity values of acrylonitrile,acetonitrile,NaSCN and DMF,48hr-EC_(50)s,were 10.25,3561,4.22 and 4346 mg/L respectively,while their chronic values,ChVs of reproductive parameters were 0.707,226,0.707 and 282.8mg/L respectively.
