摘要
在现有CTI产品基础上,实现与Voice XML技术的无缝连接,使CTI产品具有语音浏览器的功能,实现对互联网的语音访问。简单介绍了一个CTI系统JD Engine和VoiceXML解释器Open VXI,然后给出在JD Engine和OpenVXI解释器之间利用三层结构模型的接口设计和实现,使Open VXI与JDEngine平台建立无缝连接,实现语音浏览器功能。
Combining VoiceXML technology with existing CTI product, CTI have the function of the speech browser to visit the Internet by speech. This paper introduces VoiceXML interpreter OpenVXI and JD Engine,then describes how to use the three-tier model to build an interface between OpenVXI and JD Engine.
