脊髓损伤大鼠勃起功能障碍的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 脊髓含有控制阴茎勃起的中枢神经网络,该网络接受来自外周和脊髓以上的信息而激活。人们已经认识到:阴茎勃起是一系列神经特别是植物神经血管机制的结果。那么,脊髓作为反射中枢和重要的中枢通路,在阴茎勃起调控中的具体机制如何?本文对脊髓损伤大鼠勃起功能障碍的实验研究进行了综述,为进一步探讨阴茎勃起的神经机制提供线索。
