摘要
用液体磷酸二氢铝作为粘结剂,与铝钒土、白刚玉、莫来卡特等耐火材料配制加固层涂料,测试涂料的各项工艺性能,与硅溶胶(Si30)、硅梭乙酯(Si40)水解液作粘结剂进行对比。研究结果表明,磷酸铝涂料具有优良工艺性能,可以进行氨干硬化快速制壳,型壳经500℃焙烧后即可获得很高的强度。
The properties of the reinforced layer slurry prepared by liquid binder Al(H2PO4)3 and lots of refractory materials were tested. The result shows that the AI (H2PO4)3 slurry has excellent technical properties and can make mould shell rapidly through ammonia drying. The shell has got higher strength after baking at 500 ℃.
