植物灭鼠剂在青藏高原防治高原鼠兔应用试验 被引量:8

Study on Effect of a Rodenticide from Plants against Ochotona curzoniae in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

摘要 2003、2004年,分别在四川省甘孜州石渠县和阿坝州若尔盖县应用以蓖麻毒素为主体成分的植物源灭鼠剂进行了野外防治高原鼠兔的应用试验。结果表明,在海拔4200m的石渠县试验区,1%浓度下防效为77.7%,2%浓度下防效为81.6%;在海拔3500m的若尔盖县试验区,1%浓度下防效达91.1%,2%浓度下防效达93.8%;该植物源灭鼠剂具有较好的适口性;在千亩级控制试验中,防治高原鼠兔效果达84.0%~93.3%,显示该植物灭鼠剂在防治青藏高原的高原鼠兔中具有较好的应用前景,值得进一步深入研究和扩大试验。 The field application test to Ochotona curzoniae with rodenticide, composed mainly by ricin, had been taken in Shiqu County, Ganzi and Ruoergai County, Aba of Sichuan during 2003 and 2004. Results showed that the deratization rates against Ochotona curzoniae with poison bait of 1% and 2 % were 77.7 % and 81.6 % respectively in Shiqu at the elevation of 4200 m, and the rates were 91.1% and 93.8% separately in Ruoergai grassland at the elevation of 3500 m with the same method. This rodenticide showed high edibility, and the deratization rate was up to 84.0% 93.3 % in the grassland of hundreds of hectare level. The experiment indicated that this rodenticide had a good prospects in application against Ochotona curzoniae and deserved further research and extended tests.
