摘要
针对光源连续扫描位置敏感器(PSD)时产生的动态响应误差随扫描条件不同发生的变化,基于一维PSD动态响应模型,建立光源扫描照射下的PSD动态响应误差模型,仿真分析得到了不同扫描起点位置和速度下的PSD动态响应误差分布5个特点,建立了一维PSD动态响应误差的估算模型。通过对4种常用的一维PSD器件进行仿真,验证了估算模型的正确性。
The dynamic response error of position senstive detector(PSD) changes with the different scanning situations. When a light source scans and irradiates the surface of PSD, based on the dynamic response model of one-dimensional PSD, a mathematical model of dynamic response error of PSD was established and the simulation was done. The five distribution characteristics of dynamic response error were obtained by analyzing the impact of different start positions and scanning speeds on it. Thereby,the estimation model of dynamic response error was given. Finally,the correctness of the model was validated by the simulation of four typical PSDs.
