Bi掺入相变光盘GaSb靶材的研究

摘要 光盘存储技术正逐步占据数据记录的主导地位,其中的相变光盘吸引了越来越多的研究者。本文研究了Bi的掺入对相变光盘GaSb靶材性能的影响,通过XRD分析得到Bi原子主要代替靶材中的Sb原子,DSC分析表明随着Bi的含量的增加靶材的熔点下降。 Optical storage technology gradually occupies the dominant position in data recording. Phase change disc, oneof these optical storage technology, is attracting a growing number of researchers. The effect of doping Bi on the performance of GaSh target is studied. It's found that Sb atoms are replaced by Bi atoms via the XRD analysis. And with the increase of the Bi concentration, the melting point decrease via the DSC anslysis.
