摘要
采用水培方法,研究铅胁迫对玉米种子萌发及叶片渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明:铅对玉米种子萌发率有低浓度的促进效应和高浓度的抑制效应。Pb2+浓度较低时,不影响玉米种子的发芽指数,随着Pb2+浓度的提高,发芽指数逐渐降低。种子的活力指数与发芽势均随着Pb2+浓度的提高而逐渐降低。随着Pb2+浓度的增加,叶片内的可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均显著增加。
Effect of Pb^2+ on seed germination and content of osmotic adjusting substance of maize was studied. The results showed that the low concentration of Pb^2+ was capable of stimulating germination ratio, but high concenwation.The budding indexes were not affected at low concentrations, but it was reduced at high concentration. The vitality indexes and germination power were low when the concentration of Pb^2 + rose. The vitality indexes and germination power were low but the eontent of soluble sugar and proline was high .
