摘要
因族开发就是根据各少数民族的“族情”来进行人才资源开发。它是胡锦涛提出的“因地制宜、因族举措、分类指导”原则在少数民族人才资源开发领域的体现和要求,是少数民族人才资源开发的战略选择。
Talent resources developing in accordance with different ethnic minorities means gives expression to the principle that ＂acting according to circumstances, taking measures in accordance with different nationalities and guiding on the basis of different classification＂ proposed by Hu Jintao. It is the strategic choice in the minority talent resources developing in accordance with different ethnic minorities.
