摘要
武陵地区构建民族关系与社会稳定机制,必须充分利用民族关系与社会稳定相互关系的积极因素,努力消除其中的消极因素,从构建民族关系与社会稳定长效机制、预警机制、应急机制三个环节入手,促使民族关系与社会稳定之间相互促进,预防和遏制它们之间相互制约。
In order to establish a system to maintain the harmonious relationship among nationalities and social stability in Wuling, it is necessary to make full use of the positive elements and to remove the negative ones and to establish the long lasting, forewarning and emergency systems so that relationship among nationalities and social stability will promote each other instead of condition each other.
