介绍了TMS320C6211型DSP通过EM IF接口外挂FLASH的ROM自举引导方式以及硬件连接原理图,描述了EM IF在和不同类型及位宽的存储器接口时相应的读写方式,给出了SST29LE010型FLASH芯片的编程指令以及系统编程方法,在此基础上介绍了用户如何自己完成COFF格式文件到二进制文件的转化,剖析了DSP上电后引导的过程,给出了编写DSP上电后的二次引导代码需要注意的问题。
This article introduces a bootloading method of TMSC6211B DSP by interfacing FLASH through External Memory Interface, A schematic of hardware connection is displayed. The respective read/write modes for memories with different types and bit widths are described. The procedure of In - System Programming SST29LEO10 FLASH is also iterated. On the basis of the previous description, a concrete introduction on how to transform a COFF file into a binary format file is made. The process of bootloading after power on is also dissected. Key points on programming a second- level bootloader are given in the final part.
