摘要
低血糖偏瘫发病率低,与急性脑血管疾病极其相似,临床上极易误诊,目前已受到越来越多的重视。本文复习有关文献,对低血糖偏瘫的临床特点,诊断,发病机制及其防治作一综述。
Hypoglucemia hemiplegia has low incidence, which is ofen misdiagnosed because of its similar manifestation to acute cerebrovascular disease, so it is now attracing more and more attentions. This article reviews its clinical characteristics, diagnosis, pathogenesis and prevention and treatment basing on related literatures recently.
