摘要
髓室底穿孔常常导致牙髓治疗失败和患牙被拔除,选用理想的修复材料进行治疗,可最大限度的保留患牙,直接改善穿孔的治疗效果。本文就穿孔修复材料,特别是生物活性材料,如三氧化矿物凝聚体(MTA)、磷酸钙骨水泥、羟基磷灰石等在临床的应用进展作一综述。
The perforation of pulp bottom often leads to the failure of endodontic treatment or extration of the tooth. So selecting the ideal repairing materials can not only retain the ill teeth, but also can directly improve the therapeutic effects of perforation. This article summarizes the progress about repairing materials used in perforation, especially biological active materials, such as MTA, Calcium phosphate cement(CPC), Hydoxylatite(HA) and so on.
