摘要
研究了一种蒸养灰砂砖的制备方法。通过掺加10%￣15%的粉煤灰,根据砂的空隙率和石灰的有效CaO含量优化配料比例,调整粉磨和搅拌工艺改善混合料的均匀性,以加速水化反应和确保水化产物的数量,达到减少现有灰砂砖生产中的石灰用量至6%￣10%和用蒸养制度取代蒸压制度,在85￣95℃恒温养护16￣24h制备的灰砂砖性能达到GB11945—1999《蒸压灰砂砖》的要求。
The preparation method of a kind of steamed lime-sand brick was studied. By adding 10%-15% fly ash, optimizing mix proportion according to void content of sand and effective calcium oxide content of lime, and modulating grinding and blending processes to improve the uniformity of mixture, so as to accelerate hydration reaction and insure the amount of hydration product,it can achieve to reduce lime proportion to 6%-10% and replace autoclave-curing by steam-curing at 85℃-95℃ for 16-24 h, the performance of steamed lime-sand brick meets the requirement of GB 11945-1999 “Autoclaved Lime-sand Brick”.
