摘要
文章根据2000年人口普查资料,对典型的外来人口聚集区的职业结构进行初步的描述,并且对形成这种结构的因素进行探索性分析,指出权力垄断、地缘集聚与市场竞争是形成这种结构的主要原因。在这种结构下,市场给予了人们获得地位的机遇,然而权力垄断、地缘集聚则成为获得地位的障碍,个人素质则是克服障碍的重要条件。
Based on data of 2000 census,this paper provides a basic description for occupational structures in communities concentrated with floating population and analyzes the causes to the emergence of such structures. The study points out that power monopoly, geometric gregariousness and market competition are the main causes of such structures. Within these structures, the market offers the opportunities to attain status, while the monopoly of power and the geometric gregariousness are the obstacles for high status, which can be overcome by the personal qualities.
